A plain-language, field-level reference for the OMOP common data model — what each table and field means, across 258 fields in 24 tables. It describes the model's structure, so search by field or table (like concept_id, visit, or condition_start_date) or filter to a single table. To look up a clinical concept instead, use the ATHENA vocabulary browser — that's where concepts live.
